Indian security agencies are on high alert following the blasts in Uzbek

As pan-Islamic terrorist groups like Islamic State and Al-Qaeda try to radicalize Muslims inside and outside India to harm the nation in the name of blasphemy, national security agencies are on high alert.

Other allies such as the US, Jordan, Russia, the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia are not alone in this effort, as they share with New Delhi Islamic radicalization in cyber-space and encrypted communications.

The Russian Federal Security Service or FSP's investigation into the detention of Islamic State suicide bomber Mashrabkon Azamov has revealed that the detained Uzbekistan national was accompanied by another  Kyrgyzstan national trained by the Islamists to target India in Turkey. The Kyrgyz  national is understood to have returned to his country from Moscow, which was the route taken by the two attackers to India. While Indian security agencies are still awaiting the interrogation report of 30-year-old Asamoah, they have sent a list of specific questions to their Russian counterparts so that the attacker can be interrogated along those lines. Indian security agencies have also contacted their Uzbek and Kyrgyz counterparts seeking permission to join the investigation.

A plot to attack India was foiled by a Russian agency, Jordanian intelligence alerted their Indian counterparts about the online radicalization of an engineering student, Mir Anas Ali, a resident of Ambur Town, Tamil Nadu. A third-year engineering student was brainwashed by Islamic State online extremists to punish India for insulting the Prophet. The student, who was arrested by the Tamil Nadu police on July 31, is currently in judicial custody. According to local police, Anas was associated with the ultra-conservative Wahhabi-banned outfit and communicated with his online handlers using social media platforms such as Telegram and Instagram. He was tasked by his Islamic State handlers to kill a prominent figure to target non-Muslims, instill fear in communities and polarize them along religious lines.

Throughout recent months, partner intelligence offices have been warning Indian allies over the age of 15 to target India for insulting the Prophet and stoking Islamist fears. Organizations like the Muslim Brotherhood, which has strong areas in Turkey, Kuwait, and Qatar, are trying to add fuel to the fire by inciting radical elements to "show India a thing or two", apart from Pakistan's underground government. While Pakistani units in the Islamic State of Khorasan province are being used by Rawalpindi to target New Delhi through Indian volunteers in the Wahhabi ranks, the Muslim Brotherhood is using its links with Islamic associations in India to create evil for religion.
