Many people were injured in the horrific Explosion at Rameshwaram cafe in Bengaluru


On Friday, March 1, there was an explosion at Rameshwaram Cafe in Whitefield, Bengaluru. It happened on Green Avenue Road, and it's believed to be a cylinder blast. About four people are said to be injured. Investigations are ongoing to find out more about what caused the incident.



"We got a call about a cylinder blast at Rameshwaram Cafe. We arrived at the scene and are assessing the situation," stated a fire station official from Whitefield.


The incident took place in the HAL police station area.


The bomb squad is now at Rameshwaram Cafe in Brookfield, addressing an explosion that happened at approximately 1:30 pm today. Forensic teams and police officers from HAL, Whitefield, and Indiranagar police stations are also there to investigate.


"We got a call about a cylinder blast at Rameshwaram Cafe. Right away, a fire engine was sent to the location. Initial thoughts are that it might be a cylinder blast, but we're confirming that. It's a small blast, and we've taken the injured to the hospital. The incident happened between 1:30 and 2 pm. We're investigating it thoroughly," stated a police officer in a conversation with the news media.
