In India, 975 new Covid-19 cases and 4 deaths have been reported.

According to data released by the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, there have been 975 new cases of Covid-19 and 4 deaths in India in the last 24 hours ending at 8 am on Saturday.

The total number of recoveries has increased from 96 to 4,25,07,834 in the last 24 hours.

A total of 3,00,918 trials were conducted across the country. India has conducted a total of 83.14 crore tests so far.

The total number of Covid-19 vaccines given so far in the country under the nationwide vaccination campaign has crossed 186.38 crores.
