3.37 lakh new Covid cases have been registered in India, bringing the number of Omicron to 10,050.

India has reported 3,37,704 new Covid cases in the last 24 hours, while the country's Omicron number has risen to 10,050 - an increase of 3.69 per cent over yesterday. With 3,47,254 new cases reported in the country on Friday, the new Covid cases show a slight decline.

Punjab Reports 7,792 New Cases and 28 Deaths.

In Kerala, 41,668 new Covid cases and 106 deaths have been reported.

Maharashtra records 46,197 new Covid-19 cases, 37 deaths.

Tamil Nadu records 29,870 new Covid-19 cases.

10,756 new Covid-19 cases reported in Delhi on Friday and 38 deaths in the last 24 hours.

A total of 2,42,676 people have recovered in the last 24 hours, bringing the total to 3,63,01,482.

About 61.16 crore vaccines have been distributed so far under the nationwide vaccination drive.
