In 24 hours, 18,870 new Covid-19 cases and 378 deaths were reported in India

There were 18,870 new Covid-19 cases reported in India, up 0.4% from yesterday and 378 deaths in 24 hours, the Union Health Ministry said on Wednesday. 

According to the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the death toll has risen to 4,477.51 with 378 daily deaths.

Meanwhile, a further 28,178 people have been discharged in the last 24 hours, bringing the total recovery in the country to 32,986,180.

245 new Covid-19 cases, one death in Telangana

Telangana on Wednesday registered 245 new Covid-19 cases and one death. Greater Hyderabad Corporation (GHMC) has the highest number with 73 cases.

41 cases in Delhi, zero deaths

Delhi recorded 41 corona virus cases with a positive rate of 0.06 per cent and zero deaths on Wednesday. Currently, there are 392 active cases in the national capital.

In Kerala, 12,161 new Covid-19 cases and 155 deaths have been reported

In Kerala, 12,161 new Govt-19 cases and 155 deaths were reported on Wednesday. This number has increased from 11,196 cases yesterday. With 17,862 recoveries, there are 1,43,500 active cases in the state.
